Suggest Treatment For Pain Brachioradialis And Bicep Of Left Arm

I am having significant pain in the Flexor carpi radialis, brachioradialis and the bicep of my left arm. I have been having this significant, sometimes severe, pain for the past 6+ weeks. In addition, I am loosing soft muscle tissue around the area just below the elbow.
I have gone to the Dr. and they did a ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and are testing for limes disease. Any ideas as to what is wrong?
