Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Compressed Disc In Spine

I have a compressed disc in my spine. It was caused from the impact in a car accident. Someone else caused the accident so i went through a lawsuit. I have severe pain and i have no done anything about it..just took pain killers after untill they ran out. How do i treat it if i have pain and it cant be fixed?
