Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Excess Skin Between Toes

hi, I have excess skin in between my pinky toe and my third toes. It looks to be white in color and hurts when I touch it cause it to hurt when I walk. I cant really put pressure on it and when I walk or when its suddenly tounched it really hurts. what can I do to cure my foot pain?
