Suggest Treatment For Pain During Stool Discharge

I am not digesting any food due to H.pylori infections. Everyday I am having stomach pain and often and often I have to go to for stool, I am facing un-easyness and severe pain at stool place. Any tablet or syrup not digest or can not do any improvement.

Hello and welcome.

If h.pylori has been confirmed then you will need triple or quadruple therapy along with an antacid. I am not sure if this was advised to you but the regimen usually includes amoxicillin, clarithromycin, omeprazole and Sucralfate.
