Suggest Treatment For Pain From Leg To Calves While Having Arthritis

I have arthritic knees and this morning, when I tried to walk, I had a pain in the back of my leg from right above the knee to my calves. I couldn't straighten my leg and had difficulty walking. What should I do and what kind of doctor should I see?
