Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen Along With Bloating

Hi I have been suffering with a dull pain / ache down in my stomach, it is sometimes on the left or the right or both sides sometimes... I have no signs of problems in my wee or stalls and do go to the toilet regularly. The right hand side feels a bit like a strain, but I can feel it when I breath in, and when I stand up. I am often bloated as well, driving it feels uncomfortable and I often have to move my sitting position. The more active I am the less it bothers me. I also suffer with some wind as well. I feel very tired easily and feel run down. Have been having a lot of stress over the last year or so. This problem has been going on for a few months, I have put it down to stress and maybe IBS. If I was producing and blood in my urine or stalls I would of course visit my GP immediately. Pleas could you help. Thanks Matt
