HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have an urinary tract infection , this would cause abdominal pain and the pain on urination.

It should not cause the pain on eating normally however, this may indicate that your stomach is also irritated.

It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include examination of your abdomen and a urine analysis.
Antibiotics may be needed.

I hope this helps
