Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen, Watery Discharge And Back Pain
I had a hysterectomy aprox 3 years ago, and recently I have been experiencing pains in my lower right abdomen, and getting clear watery discharge, and back pain, I am waiting to talk to my gp, in the mean time I was wandering if anyone could tell me what this could be, thanks for your time
Hello I share your concern. Watery discharge with pain in lower abdomen might be related to Infection of inflammation of the urogenital tract or pelvic inflammatory disease.
In my opinion you should go for few investigation like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, ESR, blood sugar and urine culture, vaginal swab culture or an ultrasound pelvis to establish a diagnosis and accordingly further course of action.
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene, you can take mafenemic acid with antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs for pain relief.
Hot water bath will definitely help you.
Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask for follow up question, I will galdly answer you. Best wishes
