Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen,back And Cramps

My period has always been regular and lasts about 5 days. About two years ago i started having spotting and pain. Then my annual pap Smear came back abnormal. i had a colposcopy done and the results were normal. Now i have been having the same spotting and cramping again...only worse. I have had my period heavily for going almost a week and a half with very bad cramping through my lower back,abdomen, and even down my legs. The bleeding is thick,clotty, stringy and very fresh. it has no odor or itching...i have gone to the ER and they did blood work and said if it was a miscarriage i had already passed it but i am still bleeding the same.Something isn't right and nobody seems to have an answer. i am on the pill and have been for years. i have one child who is 5. i have one sexual partner. Nothing out of the ordinary...please help me.everytime i sit down to go pee it seems like thick strings of blood start coming out and the toilet just fills with blood...i need answers please help me.
