Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ankles

A few days ago my ankle felt slightly tender. As the days have passed the pain is increasing and radiating up my leg. I can not see any visible punctures or bruising or swelling. The pain is worse when resting. It started on the malleolus and then radiated inwards to the opposite side of my ankle and now it is up my leg to my knee area
