Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arm After Getting Stung By A Bee

I have been stung by at least 2 bees just near the armpit on my right arm and it is very painful. This happened about 4:45 this afternoon. Have applied ice, taken 3 Benadryl, used Benadryl spray and now have a compress of baking soda and water on it. I continue to get shooting pains. Any other suggestions

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Bee sting induces allergic reaction in the body. Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign body. Foreign body may medicine like pollen, animal dander, dust and insect venom etc. When you have allergies, your immune system makes antibodies that identify a particular allergen as harmful, even though it isn't.
Advice
1.     Cold compression with ice five times daily
2.     Ibuprofen 600 mg (tablet Brufen) every 8 hours per oral after meal for 3 days
3.     Levocetirizine5 mg – 1 tablet per oral once daily for 7 days
4.     Dexamethasone 0.5 mg – 1 tablet per oral twice daily for 7 days
Thanks
