Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arm And Tingling Sensation In Leg

My left arm has been aching for about four to five days now,nonstop. Last year on june 3rd, both my arms completly stop working. Like I couldn't feel them at all. It took a lot of effort to move them up and down. It was like this for about an hour. I have had pain in my right side of my head. and a while before my right arm would hurt aswell. Once i've even felt an electric shock go up my lower leg (the front of it). And at night when I lay down or when ever I lay down my entire right side of my entire body hurts.
