Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arm While Bending It

Why does the middle of my arm hurts when I bend it? I guess because I use my phone to play games, watch videos, and text my friends everyday. I use my phone with my arm bent all the time. But why does the middle if my arm have to hurt when I bend it. What condition am I having? How can I treat it?

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- Such pain condition could be due to monotonous position of hand if you need to avoid this condition then you have to keep changing the position of hand.
Medication:- In sever pain or persistence pain "Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac can be tried (If this is the muscular spasm)
Advise:- Long term single position need to be avoided.
Comments:- If the game is not that much necessary then better to stop this.
