Suggest Treatment For Pain In Armpits

For 2 days now I am experiencing some pain under my left arm, right in the pit. To move my hand over my head it gets a little more intense. I woke up with it yesterday but this morning was practically non-existent. but as the day wore on, it came back and just seem a little intense at times depending on my movements. I did not hurt it nor was I doing anything strenuous to cause it. This is new so there are no reports, etc. Can you help anyway? Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be musculoskeletal pain and in my opinion it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen, hope this information helps.
