Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arms

Quite recently, about two weeks, I started having pain in my left arm in two places. When it started it happened randomly. But as the pain got so did the frequency. When it happens, below and just above my elbow, my muscles or seems to be muscle, seem to tighten up. Causing a slight indentation. It is so painful now l take a pain miller.

it is neuromyalgia. can take tab combiflam twice daily after food and neurobion forte once daily.apply relaxyl ointment externally.
