Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back And Hip

i am 27 years old, ma weight is 76kg,height is 188cm
i do not have any medical history but last year on may ,when i was pushing awheelbarow i felt pain on back and after 2 week it moved down to my hip i took several pain killer,i cant walk so i need your advice plz
