General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The symptoms you have mentioned seem to be related to gastric ulcer or peptic ulcer disease. Usually, this happens because there is increased acid in the stomach and a reflux in this can cause pain and back pain.

Usually, a doctor would treat it with starting on antacids. This can help to reduce most of the pain and symptoms. In case this is not helping, a triple therapy can be tried. If this fails as well. A esophagoscopy or other imaging can help to confirm the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
