Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back And Tail Bone

my boyfriend said he slept weird last night and has a sore back right at his tailbone in center above his butt, he's getting a shooting pain if he moves a certain way that seems very painful and lasts a few seconds. he's healthy. never had any problems.. any idea?
