Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back Of Neck And Shoulder Blade

I have suffered with psin in my neck and shouldr for 3 weeks now. i have intense pain down my right arm and my hand and fingers feel numb. i have used ihave been to my doctors but non of the medication seems to work. the pain is at the back of my neck around my right shouler blade and down my right arm.
