Suggest Treatment For Pain In Belly And Under Ribs

I have a pain on the lower left side of my belly. it feels more like someone put some pressure on it then pain. Also there is pain right under my left rib on my back. All of those symptoms are worst in the morning. I feel very tired, especially in the morning, and very often I go back to sleep because I'm not able to do anything. The secondary symptoms are: itching on different parts of my body, few quite big pimples on my back( they hurt ), little bump like pimples in between my hair on my hea around my ears (they each), and finally my lower lip is slightly swollen and it gets choped with the orange like color in the middle and white shodow on the sides. i will greatly apriciate your answare. thanks
