Suggest Treatment For Pain In Between The Shoulder Blades

I have a sore neck and inbetween my shoulder blades there is pain if I move either my right or left arm to the side. Also the area between my shoulder blades feel like they are on fire. I was given an antiflammatory and muscle relaxant a wk ago and I am not finding any relieve from them
