Suggest Treatment For Pain In Biceps Brachii Muscle

i have pain in biceps brachii of left arm........
i can perform all movements but with slight pain.......
what should i do??
and other thing is sometimes i feel moderate pain in sternum area.....
which releives after sometime.......
what should i do??
