Good evening Recently the bottom of my nose started to hurt, pretty much between my nostrils. It was acceptable at first, but today it started to be more painful. I even don t remember if I hit my nose, the pain just came out of nowhere. I can t even blow my nose now (I have a pretty big cold). Thanks, Pete Dickens
considering the fact that you are having a cold it looks like that you may have developed a vestibulitis , which is an infection of the skin of the nostrils and this can cause a lot of pain. You can apply mupirocin ointment 2-3 times a day and avoid rubbing the area. you can also take tablet paracetamol 500 mg for the pain.Dont worry , you will be fine soon!
Take care!
