Suggest Treatment For Pain In Buttocks

Hi, this is so bizarre & embarrassing. I have had extremely sore bum cheeks all day as if I have been on an extremely long bike ride with an extremely hard saddle!! It hurts walking, sitting, standing...... Have had since about 6am when it woke me up...any suggestions please wld b appreciated. I really really can't put it down to anything !! Thank you
