Suggest Treatment For Pain In Calf Muscle

I have had pains in my right calf worsening over the last 2 - 3 years when I was in hospital with suspected PE. The pain has been getting worse but Everytime I'm in hospital I'm given a blood thinning drug clexaine, then the pains start again once I'm discharged, I saw my GP today and he thinks it is a muscle injury, however I donot walk far as I am disabled and this has gone on for too long please give me some help
