Between my spine and shoulder blades both sides my back hurts sometimes it feels burning my chest hurts alot I ado get sharp pain right below my right and left breast they come and go my back seems to hurt longer than before I used to be real active now I don t have no energy

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. A cervical spondylosis should be ruled out in your case as this pain can be from that.A physical examination with orthopedician will give clue for that and a X raycervical spine in anterior and lateral projections will confirm it. For such cases in my patients I advise NSAIDs like aceclofenac muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and neurotropic drugs. I also advise physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises along with this. Positions while working or sleeping should be normalized. Avoid using big pillows.
