Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest, Back And Leg

i have been having bad pains in my back and chest and down my right leg, and neck area for over a year now. I have had 2 stress echos, 11 ekgs, numerous cardiac enzyme workups and d dimers and xrays and ct scans and a mri. They all show nothing. I saw a rheumatologist and he gave me valium and told me nothing was wrong with me. I saw a orthopaedist and he suggested myofascial pain. I have been seeing a phsical therapist and that helps some the next day but nothing lasts. Im so sic and tired of being in pain. I have all of the symptoms of fibromyalgia but i do not believe this is a true disease. I can do nothing because of this pain. I am tired, chest pains, right arm pain which is cold and tingles or either goes numb, right leg pain, and neck pain especially when I lean my neck back it sends the worst pain down my spine. Any suggestions?
