Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest Bone After Wisdom Tooth Removal

I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday, I am 60 yrs. old. I have had RA for 14 years. My joints are swollen, painful, and stiff. I am also having sharp pain in the back of my skull on the side the tooth was pulled and I have pain in my chest bone. Could all of this be a result of the tooth removal and should I see a doctor?

Actually this is not the condition if infection are there then tooth extraction may needed or if this is dental condition is there then this may needed but because of some systemic disease tooth extraction is not the condition, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
