Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest

I had bad URI in November and it lasted several weeks but over it now. For last month I have had continuous chest pressure over the heart with shoulder and shoulder blade discomfort. No shortness of breath, no anxiety, and there is no change whether I am resting Or performing daily activities -- I am a 60 year old women, with long history of smoking, and take blood pressure meds, cholesteral meds, 81 mg aspirin, and Prilosec for GERD. What can be causing this continuos pressure
