Suggest Treatment For Pain In Elbow While Performing Exercise

I am starting to have a chronic pain in my right elbow during and after my workouts in the gym. I am doing the same exercises as I have in the past it is the pain started just recently. What should I do as exercise in the gym is very important to my overall physical apperance and keeps me in good shape.
