Suggest Treatment For Pain In Foot And Swollen Toes

I had a hip scope done on my right hip a month and a half ago. Lately my right foot has been hurting like crazy. My toes are swollen and feel broken and my heel hurts. I also bumped my leg just above my ankle, very lightly and now it is very swollen. Is this just bad circulation from not using my leg, or do I need to be worried about something else?
