Suggest Treatment For Pain In Forehead And Sinus Issues

Hi, I have a problem with my left eye, it keeps twitching for some times. I m a software engineer and use to work about 10 hours a day on my system, but two months before, I stayed wok up in all night and when I was about to sleep in the morning, I got some pain right in the middle of my forhead above my eyes. I know this is a kind of sinus problem and I have been trying to get it resolved as well, but the problem still persists. Now, for couple of days, I have vision problem like I am unable to see clearly in the night on the road, in the traffic. I have also some problem with the high volumes like vehicles horens, syruns etc. I feel like my brain nerves bouncing up and down in my mind. Please help me.

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection. I suggest to do a sinus X-ray to help through the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the headache. I also suggest using a saline nasal spray to prevent sinus blockage. I recommend drinking liquids and rest.
