Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain pain in groin area can occur due to causes like
avascular necrosis, musculosceletal causes like
bursitis, ligament pull, it can also be due to inguinal hernia,
epididymitis,
hydrocele, kidney stones, pinched nerve etc..
You should as of now take painkillers and watch for 3 to 4 days and in case if there is no improvement you need to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like x rays, MRI etc and can give you medications like painkillers, muscle relaxants and advise warm compresses,
physiotherapy in case of muscular causes and antibiotics if there is infection..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
