General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

What you are experiencing in absence of organic problems, is called proctalgia. However, first, I advise to run colonoscopy to exclude rectal organic problems.

In case no problem is found, then, proctalgia fugax or levator ani syndrome are to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- use acetaminophen to ease the pain
- warm bathing

Hope it was of help!
