I started having pain in my groin area felt like pas cramps than it started to feel like my ovarey was burning on my left side then a few days later I woke up with cramps on my left side that lasted all day and night then today I woke up feeling ok but my vargina is burning
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Based on the symptoms you are experiencing, it appears that you need to be investigated for the following conditions and then treated accordingly. 1. In case you are sexually active and have a delay in your periods, kindly get a urine pregnancy test done followed by ultrasound scan of pelvis to rule out 'ectopic pregnancy'. 2. In case it is not due to ectopic pregnancy, the ultrasound scan could tell about the presence of infection in the pelvis called 'pelvic inflammatory disease' (PID) or any ovarian/uterine mass causing such symptoms.
