Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hand After An Injury

I fell down the steps outside my home today that were covered in ice. I hurt my wrist when I fell. The part that hurts the most is on the palm of the hand close to my thumb. It is also very bruised. (It instantly turned bluish is that area right after I fell.) I can not go to the doctor or get an x-ray. I have no insurance or money for one. Thank you so much for your help.
