Suggest Treatment For Pain In Head After Injury

hi.. before 4 months i fell down while playing and little injury on my head(only internal).i didn t face any problem after 2 days.so i didnt think about that.but from 4 days i think little bit jaam(while pressing little bit pain means neglecting pain) is there.but i m thinking it may be it will create in future.what should i do? Thanks in advance !

Hello,

It can be due to minor contusions associated with pain. However, we have to rule out secondary head injuries that develop after quite sometime following the trauma. As of now you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen for pain relief. If the pain persists it is better to take a CT scan to rule out any trauma related head injury.
