Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip After An Injury

I slipped and fell on some ice and landed on my right hip three days ago. I immedidately put ice on it. I do not see any bruise but when I walk I have to walk with a limp because it hurts. Not terribly but enough that I feel I should have support. Will it just take time or is there something I can do? I am a 75 year old woman and have some fibro myalgeria in my joints. What to do?
