Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip And Thigh

hi, i got mri b/l hip done for hip pain on rt side, mri report says mild degenerative change in acetabulum, docs hav put a query diagnosis as tb hip / avn. repeat 3t mri, same report.
c/f - pain in rt hip and thigh for 1 yr.
50yr / F here, any suggestions.
