I am 32 yrs and having polio in both legs though can walk independently with the help of calipers. I have had polio when I was one. since last 6 months I have severe pain in both hip & thigh areas. I have been going for physiotherapy which has given me relief long way but the pain does not go totally. moreover when the pain in one of the limbs goes immediately starts with the other one. the pain generally arises when I am bending down and get up
