Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip Joint

Hi I have a problem with my left hip. 4 weeks ago I had a really bad pain in the joint and couldn't really walk. I went to my doctor who could find nothing wrong with the movement of the joint. it only seemed to hurt when i put weight on it. he gave me 2 weeks of anti imfammitary tablets. The symptoms have lessened and i now have a dull ache. This dull ache has gone on for 2 weeks.
