Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hips After An Injury

Hello doctors, i fell down on my back two weeks ago. that time i was feeling extreme pain on hips. now its not much pain but when i press it or sit down of soft thing or sometime on floor it hurts me not less and not very much. please suggest what should i do?
