Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hips Due To Fractured L1

I rolled my car in an accident and fractured my L1. I am 65 yrs old and wonder if I should be doing anything to help the recovery. The accident was March 27,2011. I am in real estate and am back at work. should I be doing anything special. My pain runs horizontal now across my hips to the front.
