Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hips With Nerve Damage

I went to a othapaedic surgeon last week because of constant pain in my right hip..I had a car accident 2 years ago and exrays then said I had damaged the main nerve..Last week exrays showed no sigh of that or anything 4 that matter..I felt like I was imagining it. He did suggest Celebrex which has helped alot. I am still in alot of pain but he says that nothing is wrong. I cannot sit for long or lay down...standing is the most comfortable position. What would you suggest I do next , I dont think anyone believes me. Charmaine
