Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee And Ankle Joints While Standing

Dear Doctor, I am 49 years old, male. I have varicose veins in both my lower limbs. For the past two years, my knee and ankle joints have been giving me a lot of pain and discomfort while standing. I find it difficult to stand for even two minutes. Although I wear compression stockings which do give me some relief, the pain in the joints are always bothering me. Kindly advise.
