Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee/hand/elbow/teeth/back

I,m a 60yr old woman, weight 13st and today fell backwards down my stairs landing on the floor hitting my head on a metal tool box, i have pain in my back on left hand side and bruising on my knee, graze and bruising on my left elbow, pain nd discomfort between shoulder blades and cuts to my fingers.After i hit my head i had like pins & needles feeling in my head & face and all my teeth hurt but that has since gone away, it hurts on my neck to put my head down. I didn't go to hospital as my injuries seemed insignificant, but now i am wondering if i should go to my doctor and get checked out, as the pain in my back has increased, any advice would be appreicated
