I I massaged the outside of my left knee yesterday as I felt a little strain walking up the stairs. After my massage the outside of my knee and calf became extremely painful and it ached all night and all day today. I can't walk on it or lift it because opts too painful. I have bee. Taking antiinflammatories all day it still hurts
