Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knees After An Injury

I'm a 30 year old male, 5' 9'' and 160 lbs. I experienced a bad fall, landing on both knees. Now they both hurt, particularly when standing up from a sitting position or climbing stairs, and in the morning when they are stiff. By the end of they day they are less sensitive to climbing stairs. At all times I can run comfortably without pain.
