Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knees While Walking

sir i am 24yr man and my wt is 60kg ....from last month i am use Dr Ayurveda body growth medicine...and i growth my height 6'' .but from this month i suffer knee join pain of my both knee....i inform company..and they said u must continue our medicine....because it's few days problem....and they also said if u continue our medicine than you get relief on 15/20 days...but i suffering pen on my both knee when i am walking.......sir plz help me an tell me What can i do now????
