Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Arm Pit

I have been experiencing pain in the left armpit, shoulder, back and left arm for the past 8-10 days. sonography of the breast, chest X-ray and ECG are all normal. The doctor has prescribed Proxym-XT and Tyrptomer. Why tryptomer if I am not suffering from depression? Also, what could be other causes of this pain?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of pain in your ampit after several diagnostic tests that yield normal I am suggesting the following diagnosis
Psychogenic pain
Previous trauma
Inflammatory disease
Folliculitis
Pleurisy
In view of the tryptomer drug it is not only for depression but for Psychogenic purpose
Please continue your prescribed medication and see your physician for further clinical assessment
I hope this helps
